I’ve recently started a diet and working out, doing Jillian Micheals 30 day shred. I am looking to lose some belly fat and Ive heard some good things about the acai berry. I am wondering if anyone has actually tried the 14 day fat burn cleanse and had results?
No, no and no! only portion control and exercise works. find out what you are eating, to include all condiments, jams, butter, gravies, etc. write it down everytime you eat, do for a week or two, see where you can drop or substitue foods, you need to drop 500 cal per day x 7 days =3500 cal/week which equals 1 pound. No one food will cause wt loss. Best exercises are combined aerobic and wt lifting, 20# is adequate for females, more is ok, you only need to do 20″ 3x/week, more if you want, but you need to sweat and drink water, not gatorade or sports drinks. Just the way it is. Acai berry is gross, it upsets my stomach, burns, tastes awful. You don’t need to spend your money on it either. Just eat regular foods, smaller portions, keep busy with other activity, bike ride, swim, basketball, jogging, hikiing, walk dog, mow the lawn, etc….. All those wt loss commercials are snake oil salesmen, designed to get YOUR money and you don’t lose anything else,esp wt, maybe self esteem or you find out how gullible you are.
